Agreement

Once you're confident and ready to move forward, we formalize our partnership. After the agreement is signed, our recruitment team begins sourcing the ideal assistant tailored to your specific needs.

Selection

We don’t just send resumes — we rigorously screen and shortlist candidates who meet our internal standards and your expectations. You’ll then review and choose the assistant who best fits your vision.

Onboarding

Your selected assistant is officially welcomed to the Kronos ecosystem. We onboard them into our systems, introduce them to our standards, and schedule a welcome call so you can meet and connect directly.

Operations

During the first week (or as appropriate), we ask that you guide your assistant through your workflow, tools, and daily expectations. This period is crucial to establish rhythm and build synergy.

Feedback Loop

We don’t disappear after placement. For the first month, we check in with you weekly to gather feedback, resolve challenges, and ensure the assistant is aligned with your standards and goals. Your success is our priority.

Start by emailing your updated resume and a 2-minute Vocaroo voice recording to recruitment@kronosnow.com. In the recording, include one adjective that describes you before introducing yourself, this helps us assess attention to detail and communication style.

2. Initial Interview

If your profile fits an open role, our recruitment team will schedule a call to learn more about your background, experience, and how you handle challenges.

3. Final Interview with Client

If shortlisted, you’ll meet directly with the client. This is your chance to align on goals, communication styles, and expectations — it’s a partnership, not just a placement.

4. Onboarding

Once selected, we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed, a Kronos email address, U.S. phone number, and access to our team communication tools (like Microsoft Teams or other platforms, as applicable). You’ll also be introduced to the “Kronos Way” — our standard of professionalism, adaptability, and client-first thinking.

Absolutely! We’ll send you a shortlist of candidates based on your needs, and you can meet them before making

Nope, we don’t lock you into long-term commitments. We understand that business needs change. If you decide
not to continue or something shifts on your end, you’re free to withdraw at any time.
All we ask is that you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can offboard your Assistant properly and wrap things up
professionally.

We take care of the fundamentals — all of our Assistants go through thorough screening and onboarding. However,
every business operates differently, so we recommend spending the first week guiding your Assistant through your
internal tools, processes, and expectations.
